WHAT IS THE BOX PROGRAM? The box program at River Bell makes getting quality, locally grown, certified organic food as easy as doing grocery shopping online! We service the Dresden, Wallaceburg, Chatham-Kent , and Sarnia-Lambton communities. Our members can shop our farm's wide variety of products from our online platform and select from a variety of delivery. Pay online or buy store credit upfront. We deliver weekly on Thursdays for all orders placed by Monday. Shop with us today to support local and taste the incredible flavours of fresh organic food.
HOW IT WORKS
1. OPEN AN ACCOUNT
It's Easy! To set up your account, go to our online store and use the REGISTER button. Fill out your information, set up a password and you're in!
2. Place Your Custom Order
You will receive an email each week on Monday
when the online inventory is ready. Place your order online anytime before Wednesday 9am by selecting anything you like from the store. If it shows, it's available to take anything, just make sure your order is above the minimum value of $15.
3. Select Your Delivery Option
River Bell delivers! When your order is complete, at check-out you will be presented with a variety of different delivery options. Choose PICKUP for a depot selection or farm pickup. Or, choose DELIVERY for home delivery where it is offered. *** Please see our FAQs page for a list of our depots!
4. Select A Method Of Payment
We offer a variety of different payment options. There will be an orders list in your account with PAY buttons at each order - use these to pay with Credit card online. You can also E-transfer to email@example.com. See our FAQ's regarding account credit incentives for paying ahead using e-transfers or cheques.
5. Pick Up Your Box And Enjoy!
Pick up your box from one of our depots, enjoy cooking and the delicious flavours. Return your empty blue box (clean and dry) on your next pickup.
